Sonett window gasket and lock strip. Will work on Sonett II/V4 and

The part # is AS1456 and is purchased by the foot. You will need 11
feet for a windshield and 13 feet for the rear glass on a Sonett II/V4.
Donąt forget to ask for the chrome colored lock strip. The use of “how to article” #2 titled “Sonett Windshield and Rear Glass Replacement” is
highly recommended. I found a source for the strap that loops under the rear axle, just below the bottom of the coil springs. The strap prevents the suspension from over extending when going over a "yump". They don't last forever so if your car has the original straps you might want to check them for wear. Order 1 1/4" wide X 3/16" thick "Snubber Belting" It's purchased by the foot ($7.50/ft). Purchase from restoration Specialties and Supply in Windber, PA, see above.
Glass window channel, the stuff in the track lined with felt that
guides the glass when you roll it up and down. For 1955 through 1973 93’s, 95’s and 96’s. Part # 8A2 Channel from Restoration Specialties and Supply.
